It said he was arrested on account of theft of services greater than a $10 value. Theft of services is the legal term for crime which is committed when a person obtains valuable services-as opposed to goods- by deception, force, threat or other unlawful means, i.e. without lawfully compensating the provider for these services, according to wikipedia. So, it sounds like he dined and dashed in a way by the definition, but I don’t really know what he did. On his expression, I know! The poor little, unshaven puppy! Facial hair does not suit him.
