2020 got off to a great start for me with a nomination for the John Cassavetes Award at the Film Independent Spirit Awards as producer of "Wild Nights with Emily". This was followed by the world premiere of "Are We Lost Forever", my 10th feature film as a producer, at the Goteborg International Film Festival.

After a successful US theatrical release at 200+ theaters in 2019, "Wild Nights with Emily" is now available to watch at home (more info below). Sadly all the spring and summer festival screenings of "Are We Lost Forever" that we had lined up got cancelled, but some exciting distribution news for the film below as well.

The rest of the year has been trying, for all of us I'm sure. I have mostly spent my time writing, with the hopes to go back to making more movies when this pandemic is over. Until then, stay safe, sane and sound!

WILD NIGHTS WITH EMILY on HULU
The movie that Entertainment Weekly calls "wickedly funny" is now streaming on Hulu in the US, in addition to Itunes, Amazon, etc. It has also been released in the UK, France, Germany and South America.

ARE WE LOST FOREVER at the CANNES FILM MARKET
Last week Variety announced that “Berlin-based sales agency Films Boutique has closed key territories on its bittersweet portrayal of the end of a relationship “Are We Lost Forever.” The Swedish LGBT drama, the feature debut of director David Färdmar, has been picked up by Outplay in France, Salzgeber in Germany, Peccadillo Pictures (U.K./Ireland), Arti Films in Benelux and Surtsey Films in Spain. Films Boutique is in advanced negotiations for a sale to North America.
